Kristen Eykel began her yoga practice in 1990 as a young model in Paris. From there, she went on to learn from a variety of disciplines- all of which continue to teach her today. As a student of Shamanism, a Certified Reiki practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Kundalini yoga instructor Kristen brings many disciplines together via her practice.
