This Pilates program features mat based exercises to introduce Pilates movements safely and progressively in a pain free range of motion. 

This program is suitable for a broad range of ages and abilities looking to improve posture, lengthen and tone muscles, improve breathing, flatten the abdominals, and strengthen the back and joints.

The Standing Warmup features head to toe body alignment, breathing, and warmup stretches to increase your range of motion and body awareness.

The first exercise sequence concentrates on basic Pilates fundamentals with modifications for beginner level Pilates and stretching exercises. These exercises have proven to be effective in the rehabilitation of weak muscles and tight joints.

The second sequence challenges your core and breathing with the flowing exercises that strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The quality repetitions make the exercises flow smoothly, with less strain, resulting in you finishing the workout energized and not exhausted!
