Yoga for Confidence consists of four separate 15 minute instructional sessions that use carefully selected combinations of yoga breathing techniques (pranayamas), yoga gestures (mudras) and visualisations.  Three of the sessions have been devised to be followed whilst in a comfortable seated position and the fourth is to be followed whilst lying down.

The sessions use clear, easy-to-follow instructions to expertly guide you through visualisation techniques such as the Golden Bubble and mudras such as the Hyridia Mudra that are suitable for all. The instructions are combined with atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective classes that will make a real difference to your self esteem and confidence. These new levels of self esteem and confidence will have a positive and powerful effect that influences the way people act and react towards you and will help you to realise and achieve your goals.


Yoga for Confidence was released in December 2009 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. It is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
