Stop Smoking & Breathe contains four easy-to-follow sessions that will help you to quit smoking forever. Each session uses clear verbal instructions combined with relaxing background music to introduce and guide you through a number of simple but effective breathing techniques that are widely recommended by doctors and stop smoking services.

There is one 15 minute session to be used in the morning, one 15 minute session to be used during the day, one 20 minute session to be used in the evening and a 5 minute session featuring a simple breathing technique, that once learnt, can be used at anytime to help you resist your cravings and break the smoking habit.


The techniques will provide emotional balance and give you the determination and will power to stop smoking. They will also remove toxins from your body, increase your lung capacity and create a sense of improved health and vitality that will naturally let you know how much better your body and mind function without the thousands of toxic chemicals found in cigarette smoke.

Stop Smoking and Breathe was released in January 2010 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. It is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
