Pranayamas for Beginners is a 40 minute class that will guide you through 5 simple but yet effective yoga breathing techniques including the Ujjayi breath and Prana Mudra before concluding with a guided relaxation section. It offers a practical, effective and relaxing introduction into basic Yoga breathing techniques and exercises for those with little or no previous experience.
The class uses clear, easy to follow narrated expert instruction combined with relaxing background music that sets a perfect mood for the class.
Pranayamas for Beginners is accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides reference photos and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.
The class was released in September 2009 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. It is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught around the world for almost 20 years.
