More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss is recommended for those with some previous experience of yoga.

The class uses stronger, more advanced yoga postures than the first class in the series to provide a progression and to allow exposure to a broader range of highly effective postures that will help you to loose weight and tone and re-shape your whole body.

As with the first class, More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss can be used in two ways. Firstly, as a 60 minute class that begins with a number of highly effective held postures. The postures are then linked together to form a flowing yoga sequence known as a vinyasa before the class concludes with a guided relaxation section. Secondly, just the flowing sequence and guided relaxation section can be used to form a shorter but equally effective 30 minute class that is if you do not have time for the full session.

 

The class uses carefully selected postures that stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen. This has the effect of raising the metabolic rate allowing you to burn body fat faster. The postures also strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups of the body and reduce tension and stress whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.

The clear, easy-to-follow instructions are combined with two different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective yoga sessions that will make a real difference to your weight loss efforts.

 

More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss was released in January 2010 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. It is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
