The Yoga2hear Improvers Yoga Flowing Sequence #2 introduces and guides you through as series of postures including Downward Dog with variations, The Equestrian Pose, Plank and Long Lunges. As the class continues the pace increases until you are performing the Vinyasa using one breath per movement. The class then concludes with a guided relaxation session.

 

The Yoga2hear Improvers Yoga Flowing Sequence #2 class is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes available. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years. In this class her easy-to-follow expert instruction is complemented with subtle background music and the class is accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides a series of reference photos for each posture and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.

 

Yoga2hear highly recommends using this class in conjunction with our Improvers Yoga Vol.1,2 & 3 classes and the other Yoga2hear Improvers vinyasa classes. This will provide greater variety, allow exposure to a broader range of postures and techniques and will maximise the many benefits these classes have to offer your body and mind.
