Cardio Yoga Vol.2 (2009) is a 70 minute class suitable for those with previous yoga experience.


The class starts with a warm up vinyasa to gently prepare your body and mind. It then continues with 3 further vinyasas that build in pace and intensity. The vinyasas contain postures such as Plank with new variations, Triangle, Revolving Triangle, Equestrian Pose and Supported Pigeon. After the final vinyasa the class features a number of strong held postures and a series of deep stretch postures before it concludes with a guided relaxation session.


Cardio Yoga Vol.2 will allow you to enjoy all the benefits of a top quality yoga practice combined with the many benefits of a cardio workout.  The class is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years. In this class her easy-to-follow expert instruction is complemented with subtle background music and the class is accompanied by a Cardio Yoga guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides a series of reference photos for each posture and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.


Yoga2hear highly recommends using this class in conjunction with our Cardio Yoga Vol.1 class. Using the two classes alternately will provide greater variety, allow exposure to a broader range of postures and techniques and will maximise the many benefits these classes have to offer your body and mind.
