The Yoga2hear Beginners Yoga Flowing Sequence #1 class links a series of basic postures together using the breath to form a flowing sequence known as a yoga vinyasa.  The class features postures such as Cat, Downward Dog and Standing Forward Bend. As the class continues, the pace gently increases until you are steadily performing the sequence in true vinyasa style, using one breath per movement. The class then concludes with a guided relaxation section.

The Yoga2hear Beginners Yoga Flowing Sequence #1 class is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes available. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years. In this class her easy-to-follow expert instruction is complemented with subtle background music and the class is accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides a series of reference photos for each posture and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.


Yoga2hear highly recommends using this class in conjunction with our Beginners Yoga Vol.1,2 & 3 classes and the other Yoga2hear beginners vinyasa classes.
