This video shows all of the steps for making a fountain pen with a "classic" appearance from the Baron kit using the kit bushings on a standard 7mm mandrel. There is no need to purchase or make expanding mandrels or pin-chucks. Clips from the Baron and other kits, including the Ameroclassic, ElGrande, Perfect Fit, and Slim-Line are discussed with instructions for modifying them so they can be recessed into almost any pen. Russ also shows how to use CA glue for finishing a pen.
