In the Rainbow of Hope, experience the dynamic mix of Yoga asanas(poses), Pranayama (breath control) and teamwork. The specially selected aasanas will strengthen your body. Our expert Shraddha Setalvad, a yoga expert based in India, has created four different stories around the poses that the children will follow. The children don't realize how much they are benefiting from the practice; the only thing they know is that they are having a good time.
The main focus of a child yoga program is on fun. The program is designed for children between 4-12 years old. Adult supervision is recommended. It is also recommended that the programme is followed in sequence: Discover Your Sally, Rainbow of Hope, Tipu's Enlightening Adventure and The Magical Head.
