Floyd and the Irresistible Cookie

Floyd and the Irresistible Cookie is about a dog named Floyd who cannot resist a delicious cookie. The problem is that this particular cookie happens to be hanging in the family's Christmas tree! With the help of his two canine companions,Tiny and Larue, Floyd invents some clever schemes to capture the Irresistible Cookie. He is creative, mischievous and determined, but is he successful? Floyd learns that sometimes being a little unselfish and very patient has its unexpected rewards. The characters and illustrations in this enchanting holiday story are based on the imaginary adventures of the author's own dogs, three very spoiled Welsh Corgis.

Kristine Daniels is a National Board Certified middle school art educator in Acushnet, Massachusetts. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine art from Westfield State College in 1993. Kristine's first published children's book illustrations appeared in In My Dreams by Katherine Milette (Fairy Wings Publishing, 2007). Kristine is currently living in Fairhaven, Massachusetts with her husband, pianist Matt Richard, and their three Welsh Corgis.
