In this class, you'll do deep core work, and whole-body strengthening poses to help you get stronger and more flexible overall, even as you become more skilled at the physics of arm-balancing. What may seem like an impossible pose will demystify, and you'll see instant progress, no matter what level you are.

You'll also access deep reservoirs of energy, by releasing tension and stress from the storage areas of the hips, lower back and back of the legs. Plus, when you work the larger muscle groups of the lower body, your metabolism will raise, and you'll burn more calories all day long.

Instructor Note: This class is great for strong beginners to advanced students. Some yoga experience recommended.
