Included with the workout is a free Ab Tutorial MP3 audio file that teaches you how to use your breathing to activate and strengthen the deepest layer of your abdominals. These muscles are important because they strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which are the muscles that support your spine, pelvis and hips.


The MP3/pre-natal workout is effective! The workout includes easy, effective Pilates exercises that focus on strengthening the abdominal  and pelvic floor muscles, toning the legs and hips and toning the arms and shoulders. I’ve included some of the newest Standing Pilates exercises that train balance and stability.  These exercises are great for pregnant women because as your baby grows, your balance and centre of gravity are shifting so balance can become tricky!


Finally, for those of you who are visual learners, a photo-illustrated document is included that shows the exercises in the order in which they are taught.
