The Personalizing Pilates/post-natal program includes three files that will guide you through easy, gentle Pilates exercises that will strengthen your deep, supportive abdominal and back muscles that have worked so hard while you were pregnant.  Included with the workout is a free Ab Tutorial MP3 audio file that teaches you how to use your breathing to activate and strengthen the deepest layer of your abdominals.  

These muscles are important because they strengthen your pelvic floor muscles which are the muscles that support your spine, pelvis and hips The MP3 /post-natal workout is short, sweet and effective!  

It’s only 20 minutes long so that a new mom can easily fit some time for herself into her hectic schedule. The workout includes easy, effective Pilates exercises that focus on strengthening and flattening the abdominal muscles, toning the legs and hips and toning the arms and shoulders.   

If you do this workout three or four times a week, you’ll notice a difference in just a couple of weeks and you’ll get back into pre-baby shape in no time! Finally, for those of you who are visual learners, a photo-illustrated document is included that shows the exercises in the order in which they are taught. 

This workout was created by and is taught by Sherry Lowe-Bernie, owner of Personalizing Pilates.  Sherry is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, which means that you are entrusting your spine to one of the best Pilates teachers you can find.    Sherry has over twenty-five years experience teaching fitness and over ten years experience teaching Pilates.
