Breaking the Cycle Audio Program

As parents and teachers, there are days when we bring our moods and stuff home to our loved ones...and days when we take our stuff with us into the classroom. We may get triggered or think we're hiding it....either way, our kids and students can feel it!

Breaking the Cycle is an audio program designed to inspire and empower us to be the connected role models our children need us to be as it creates the awareness of how these cycles of disconnected behaviors impact our kids and offers an opportunity to take a look at and change what we are teaching them by our example.

This program has a more humorous side, as it explores how we all somehow seem to wake up one day having realized we’ve turned into our parents; to a more compassionate tone as we hear, from our kid’s perspective, the disempowering message behind phrases like, “I’m so disappointed in you.” or how they truly feel from the disapprovals, shutdowns, control and frustrations that we unknowingly and unconsciously project.

It also offers the resources and tools to shift to our heart and soul connection so that in whatever role we may play in our children’s lives, we can connect to more love, peace and happiness within ourselves, our families and our lives, and inspire a new legacy of teaching and parenting for generations to come!
