This Audio Program was created as a live 45-minute TeleMeditation event. The concepts are timeless in this event that was presented October 19, 2009. It's designed to relieve some of the stress of the overwhelm in your life.
Jeanie provides you with a few tips for managing the "stuff" of the overwhelm and other tips for managing yourself in the midst of the overwhelm. However, this is not designed as a teaching Program to overwhelm you with more information, rather it provides opportunities to tap into your inner power by relaxing, focusing your attention, and visualizing what you want to create.

the demands on your time and resources more effectively.
This Managing Overwhelm Program gives you an experience in deep relaxation and replenishment. When you relax, everything you want flows more easily and choices become clearer. When you meditate or use other ways to balance your energy regularly, you'll find that you're calmer and more able to sort out the priorities from among the variety.
In two guided visualizations, Jeanie helps you to deal with overwhelm in different ways. The primary guided visualization (just under 21 minutes) provides you with a deeply relaxing experience to open you to greater confidence about selecting priorities and focusing on one priority at a time. A second brief guided visualization (2 minutes) provides you with a tool you can repeat again and again on your own.
