Gary L. Pinion, D.Min. is the founder and president of Encouragement Dynamics, a non-profit ministry of encouragement, restoration, motivation, and education focused on the needs of pastors and churches for the 21st century.

Dr. Pinion brings to this endeavor thirty years of ministry experience as he examines that environment of ministry and why so many pastors and churches are experiencing such disarray. He clearly details the crisis factors that exist in pastoral ministry today, describes the impact they are having on the lives of pastors and their families, and concludes with practical suggestions that offer real hope of recovery and restoration.

Dr. Pinion lives in Richland, Washington, with his wife, Georgia, two daughters, and seven grandchildren.
