iAmplify Lands Over $6M in Series A Round of Venture Capital
Kodiak Venture Partners funds digital media publishing company

New York, NY May 4, 2007 today announced it closed over $6 million in Series A financing led by Kodiak Venture Partners. is a leading publisher of premium digital media providing the platform and distribution network for experts, authors, celebrities, media companies and individuals to publish paid audio and video content over the Internet.

The company will use the capital to grow its sales force to expand digital media distribution, and to further enhance its offerings. Chip Meakem, General Partner at Kodiak Venture Partners, has joined iAmplifys Board of Directors.
