.Sue Fuller.
Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller is a teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga. She initially trained with the Sivananda Organization in Neyyar Dam, India, and over a period of almost 20 years has studied and taught yoga, lead workshops and held teacher training courses in Australia, New Zealand, Goa, Thailand and the U.K.
During this time she has taught thousands of people from all walks of life as well as many professional sports men and women including Skiers, Snowboarders, Climbers, Cyclists and Surfers.
In addition to her teaching Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine and writes regularly for many other publications including the Yoga Magazine, Om and Bodyfit.
Sue has previously devised and presented nine yoga DVD’s which are sold by major retailers around the world. Although yoga taught via DVD is popular, Sue realised that audio yoga classes are far more effective because they allow the user to focus 100% on the postures, their breathing and how their body actually feels within each posture.
Sue says, "It took over 2 years to devise, test and record the first Yoga2hear classes. I really enjoyed the process of developing and refining a simple method of describing yoga postures which, I believe makes yoga accessible to all. I am delighted with the responses Yoga2hear has received from both customers and the media".
Sue is also a fully qualified Vegetarian and Vegan Nutritional Therapist and continues to study and research yoga and yoga related topics linked to her teaching, writing and recording for Yoga2hear.
