Tonya Larson is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise and Step Instructor. She is also certified in Prenatal Postnatal Fitness and Bosu. She currently teaches Group Exercise Classes at Omni Fitness Center in South Carolina. Tonya's workouts are known for their creativity, fun and "light on the knees" approach. She has two small children; Aero 3 and Jace 20 months and is married to a Navy FA-18 Pilot so she understands the challenges that busy Moms face and has created effective and short routines to meet the needs of the "time challenged." In addition to her fitness background, Tonya earned a BA in Theater from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Victory Bible Institute School of Worship & Biblical Studies in Tulsa, OK. She released an Inspirational CD, "In the Interim" in 2000 of her original music and toured churches, festivals and coffee houses for several years.
