Matthew Reyes has been leading yoga students to enhanced and spiritual living for over a decade in Los Angeles. He has taught his style of flowing but physically demanding Hatha Yoga to a diverse array of students in yoga studios, movie studios, universities, hospitals, corporations, and retreats.

Matthew is an accomplished athlete who coaches running, tennis and cycling (both indoor and outdoor) across Southern California. He is also an exceptionally in-demand fitness instructor and presenter at high profile conferences, where he shares his unique philosophies of teaching. He incorporates his own love and admiration of Western activities with the Eastern practices of yoga and meditation. Matthew currently teaches a star-studded clientele at the prestigious Maha Yoga in Brentwood, California.
