Helen is a yoga teacher based in Ireland. She is qualified in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga but draws inspiration from many yoga disciplines. She is interested in person-centred teaching and has a Masters in Education. She passionately believes that yoga is essential for her physical and mental wellbeing and that everyone can benefit from taking time out to practice.
