Brutus Ostling is the coauthor of Between the Wingtips: The Secret Life of Birds (with Magnus Ullman ). Ostling is a freelance photographer and publisher. He has contributed to many photo features in Sweden and abroad. He is a member of PhotoNatura. His unique sense of composition, light and the bird's personality makes him a unique bird photographer. He has been named the "Nature Photographer of the Year" in Sweden.
