I worked for many years in a corporate job before I started my Pilates business so I know first-hand how uncomfortable I was after sitting working on a computer for endless hours. So I thought, "why not do a Pilates-based workout that can be done right at your desk?"

Just sit at your desk and let my voice guide you through the exercises to stretch your tight shoulders, strengthen your upper back and neck.  It only takes a few minutes and I promise that you’ll feel better.  You’ll look better too because you won’t be slouching.  

The Personalizing Pilates/computer hunchbacks MP3 workout program includes two files to help you.  In the MP3 workout, my voice guides you through easy-to-follow, gentle exercises that focus on mobilizing your tight neck and shoulders and strengthening your upper back.  You’ll feel much better after doing this workout just once because the muscle tension will start to release.  For those of you who are visual learners, a photo-illustrated document is included that shows the exercises in the order in which they are taught. 

This workout was created by and is taught by Sherry Lowe-Bernie, owner of Personalizing Pilates.  Sherry is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, which means that you are entrusting your tight neck to one of the best Pilates teachers you can find.    Sherry has over ten years experience teaching Pilates and not slouching at her desk!
