Yin Practice

A series of deeply restorative asanas and yin postures inspired by Taoist Yoga are held for several minutes each. This meditative practice stimulates energy channels, opens the joints, and massages connective tissue, enhancing the body's natural healing process. Modifications are offered for different levels of practice.

Yang Practice

A continually flowing sequence of poses that build energy, flexibility, and strength. Includes a warming orientation sequence.
