What is iAmplify?
iAmplify offers the world's largest selection of expert audio and video downloads. We distribute content for large publishers such as: the Meredith Corporation, News Corporation, and Harper Collins, as well as individual content providers such as: Eckhart Tolle, Gary Null and Marianne Williamson. Our headquarters are located in New York City.

I downloaded my AUDIO programs. Now what do I need to listen to them?
iAmplify audio products are in MP3 format and can be played with almost any media player, including: Windows Media Player, iTunes and WinAmp. Double click on the file on your desktop to open it.

I downloaded my VIDEO programs. Now what do I need to watch them?
iAmplify video products are in MP4 format and can be played with iTunes OR Quicktime software. Click here to download Quicktime. Click here to download iTunes.

I can't download my videos. What do I do?
We have found that when people try and download more than one video file at the same time, their internet connection sometimes times out, causing their download to stop prematurely. This occurs because the large file size of some videos can overwhelm people's internet connections.

We recommend attempting to download your videos again, one at a time. Not only will downloading your videos one at time help prevent your network from timing out, your videos will actually download much more rapidly.

If you are downloading your videos straight to iTunes, please make sure that in the "Downloads" tab, the "Allow simultaneous downloads" box is unchecked.

My Programs have disappeared from my Library. Where did they go?
Some of our customers "Archived" their files by mistake. Click here to view a PDF guide that gives detailed instructions of how to Archive and Restore your programs.

Do I need an iPod to listen to or watch my iAmplify products?
No, definitely not. There are other ways to enjoy your iAmplify content: you can watch and listen to the content on your computer, or you can burn it to a CD or DVD and play it on a stereo or DVD player.

How do I stream Audio using Windows Vista?
To stream your audio using Windows Vista, please right-click on the stream icon and select "Save Target As...". Once you have saved the file, double-click to start streaming your program.

What is my username for iAmplify?
Your username for iAmplify is the e-mail address you used when you registered.

Is my password case-sensitive?
Yes, your password and user name are both case-sensitive.

Does iAmplify use JavaScript?
Yes, and since we do, you do too. Please make sure that you have JavaScript enabled in your Web browser.

What about cookies?
Yes, you should make sure cookies are enabled as well.

Is my private information secure on iAmplify?
In order to ensure our customer's security, iAmplify employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which is considered the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that the information can't be read as it travels over the Internet. How can I cancel my subscription?
If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, you must first log into your My Library page. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Uncheck the box that says "Check to Receive Email" and check the box that says "Check to Unsubscribe." Click the "Update" button and you'll be all set.
